Bayou Classic® Toasty Apple Delights
Warm, cinnamon-spiced fruit wrapped in golden tortillas and drenched in a rich, buttery syrup—perfect for a cozy dessert or sweet breakfast treat.

Ingredients
- 6 flour tortillas (6–8 inch size)
- 2 cups apple pie filling (or diced cooked apples)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (plus more for topping)
- ½ cup white sugar ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup margarine (or butter), cut into pieces

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Evenly spoon apple filling across the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam side down in a lightly greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan, combine white sugar, brown sugar, water, and margarine. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer. Stir constantly for 3 minutes until well blended and slightly thickened.
- Pour the warm sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas. Sprinkle extra cinnamon over the top to taste.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
